Prevent Pregnancy



The main thing you first thing you should do is not ask any type of questions. Why because that is the way to not get scares to not have to face your fear. Nobody wants a horror story so there for what they don’t tell you wont worry about. You cant prevent it if it already happened. Correct how you coming to the situation and handle it deal with what you have to face. There isn’t no other ways but if your not pregnant then these details may help you. 

When your having sex your always should use protection first thing. You cant get upset you cant be flipping out if you wasn’t protecting yourself. Not only you should be scared of being pregnant but having any STD’s you should worry about a lot of things. Now if this your boyfriend or a commitment partner then the best thing is to discuss this with the partner and find out what yall wanna do. You got pregnant you got a few options. You can give the baby away or get an abortion. So there is many ways to getting rid of the problem your facing. Now if your young and under 18 you need to speak to your parents. Preventing it and hiding it will only make the situation worst. Seek a professional who can assist you on different type of decisions you can make.

You always wanna be cautious about certain diseases and other ways of things through other acts. Preventing a pregnancy can be difficult in many ways. Not only causing emotional stress but sometimes depression. The  best ways of not getting pregnant is using pills. Birth control is one of the best ways for a women to not deal with pregnancy.  Know that the first 7 days your be fully protected but take the pill properly and regularly then it should be pretty effective. Some birth control pills take up to 3 months to be 99 percent effective. But wont prevent it at all always use condoms always.

Remember 4 things
1. Don't worry, Don't feel ashamed
2. Don't take any tensions
3. Do not delay in taking the pill
4. After 7-8 days take home based pregnancy test

What are some general tips and guidelines for those who
(1) are having full on sex or - use protection ALWAYS
(2) younger and mostly engage in non-penetrative activities and other kinds of sex play? - Use protection, people seem to focus only on pregnancy and not STD's
