This may sound easy.. but hard to perform. getting over a low self esteem is like getting over a bad morning. first step is to take control of what you should and can control. Let go of things that you do not have control or should not have control of. start taking control of small things and build confidence. As for jealousy.. its a form of taking control of things that you do not have control of. in addition, you are making other people responsible for your feelings.
Learning and trying to change within yourself. Your self esteem starts within yourself... nobody can change that nothing you can take
medicine but that low esteem is a personal issue and it will always come back.. try writing a journal and learning the ins and outs about yourself. maybe speaking to friends and family along the way of learning about what is causing you to feel this way...
focus on good things seek help from a professional but seek help within yourself. Find out who you are as a person so when you try to find out who you was you can finally smile and forget alot of things. when you heal within your self nothing else matters its a healing factor that helps gain control of your esteem. go out have fun enjoy yourself because low esteem causes self injury if you haven't done so yet. focus on change and learn how to heal within your own body to love yourself.
