When your bf or gf has an ex appearing up at their job or at events that they aren’t even invited too that is a problem. Sometimes in relationships you got that one who was dropped and they seem to not get that they are over with and long gone. A way to solving this is completely talking to your companion explaining to them that this all of a sudden approaching is causing issues with yourself and your intuitions are causing a issue with yourself or trusting them.
You got to talk don’t go into questions because questions can sometimes lead into confusion. The problem with people and ex’s coming around is low esteem. You don’t trust your companion because you feel like the ex will get them again. No this is a issue that happens and it ruins many good relationships. Let your companions past be the past don’t expect relations of months or years ago to just sudden take away something you earned. If your companion is a cheater it wouldn’t matter if it was a ex or not they going to cheat. But if your companion is a true loving person who only been there to support you and love you don’t let nothing not a ex break that apart.
A reason for not trusting somebody is by allowing something to take your mind and your thoughts and twist them. Not everybody is going to turn their backs on you for a ex. Love shouldn’t affect nothing not a thing can break that. Have the talk about the limitations of communication with the ex, If you see the ex confront them and let them know that there is nothing wrong with hi but it shouldn’t past that level. The more you communicate the better things can turn out. Don’t allow this to ruin your relationship.
